Challenge: Resource based challenges, No documentation, Product knowledge spread with their own team, New requirements and growing needs from their end clients. fixed budgets.
Need: To increase development speed with in the limited fixed cost and the possibility to scale up resources based on need.
Solution: We provided with dedicated project members; creating a Self Contained Delivery Units (SCDU) team. The team helped our client to create new features, improve development speed, faster time to market and a possibility to scale up with minimal investment; overall providing a better ROI and value addition.

Helps users to know about diseases, treatment and hospital info before they runt into it. This online product adds an extra human touch in medical care and treatment.
Challenge: Being a start up our customer not from technical background, neither had big funds.
Need: To create a medical product that helps reduce patient & their family member's anxiety during any medical procedure.
Solution: We gave our client a flexible team of resources who built the product from scratch based on our client's flexibility. We were able to launch the product on time with faster solution and mix of various experts on demand.

Medical Scheduling Product
Tech Stack: Xamarin
Background: Medical Software company, dealing with scheduling for Doctors and Medical professionals.
Challenge: For some reasons their earlier development partner did not gave the expected quality of service.
Need: Looking for a Trustable, technical development partner who can take over their Mobile App development (iOS and Android).
Solution: Our Xamarin developers took over, helped in code review, made performance improvements, fixed major flaws, added new functionalities and did a flexible delivery. Integrations with 3rd party tools were performed to client's satisfaction.
