Turning knowledge into organizational strength
Wise-Learn
Every company faces the same silent problem: knowledge walks out when people leave.
Even with a three-month or six-month notice period, knowledge transfer rarely happens the way it should. Documents remain incomplete, explanations are scattered, and the next person joining the project struggles to pick things up. What should ideally take one week of onboarding often stretches into two or three months of self-learning.
WiseLearn (WisRight's LMS) was created to solve exactly this problem.

Built from a real company problem
WiseLearn was not designed as a theoretical learning platform. It was created to solve a real internal challenge; how to preserve and transfer knowledge effectively within a company.
Whenever a team member left or moved to a different project, valuable knowledge left with them. Despite documentation and KT sessions, the transition was never smooth. New team members spent weeks trying to understand systems, reading scattered documents, or repeatedly asking colleagues for explanations.
To eliminate this friction, we built WiseLearn — a Learning Management System designed specifically for knowledge continuity and structured learning within organisations.
capture knowledge once.
use it forever
WiseLearn allows organisations to capture knowledge in a structured format and store it in a central system.
Instead of relying on informal handovers, companies can now record and organise learning material such as:
-
Structured topics and documentation
-
Video explanations and walkthroughs
-
Project guides and onboarding material
-
Practice quizzes and coding exercises
-
Reflections and scenario-based questions
Once the knowledge is uploaded, it becomes a permanent knowledge asset for the organisation, available anytime for future employees.
Even if the original team member moves on, the knowledge remains accessible and usable.

learnings to real outcomes
Learning alone is not enough. WiseLearn ensures that knowledge is understood and applied.
After going through the course content, learners must complete assessments such as:
-
Quizzes
-
Coding challenges
-
Analytical questions
-
Reflections and problem-solving exercises
Behind the scenes, AI-powered evaluation models review the answers and measure learning outcomes. This helps organisations ensure that the learner has genuinely understood the material before moving forward.
Only after achieving the required score or evaluation result can the learner be considered ready for:
-
Project assignments
-
Client work
-
Internal promotions
-
Hiring decisions

Used across the entire employee lifecycle
WiseLearn is not limited to training alone. It supports learning and evaluation across multiple stages of organisational growth:
-
Recruitment assessments
-
Project onboarding
-
Internal knowledge transfer
-
Employee training
-
Internship and apprenticeship programs
-
Skill development initiatives
For example, before assigning a developer to a project, the system can evaluate whether they have mastered the required technical concepts.
Similarly, a company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently piloting WiseLearn to train its sales representatives before they meet doctors in the field. The system ensures they understand the product knowledge thoroughly before engaging with customers.
ai-powered learning support
WiseLearn also includes integrated AI capabilities to enhance the learning experience.
Learners can interact with AI to:
-
Ask questions about course content
-
Clarify concepts instantly
-
Generate additional practice questions
-
Receive automated evaluation feedback
AI also assists administrators by helping:
-
Generate question banks
-
Automate evaluations
-
Analyse learner performance
-
Track team progress
These capabilities help organizations scale learning without increasing manual effort.

designed for modern organisations
WiseLearn currently supports multiple content types and evaluation methods, allowing organisations to build highly practical and outcome-driven training programs.
The platform is designed to support companies that want to:
-
Reduce onboarding time
-
Preserve organisational knowledge
-
Standardise learning across teams
-
Improve recruitment and evaluation processes
-
Build a culture of continuous learning

knowledge is an asset
A Simple Idea with Powerful Impact
At its core, WiseLearn solves a simple but critical problem:
Knowledge should stay with the company — not leave with the employee.
By capturing knowledge once and structuring it into reusable learning programs, organisations can dramatically reduce onboarding time, improve productivity, and ensure consistent learning outcomes.
WiseLearn turns everyday knowledge into a lasting organisational asset.
