
About the Internship Program
The WisRight Internship Program is designed for students who want to move beyond theoretical learning and gain exposure to real-world product development and engineering execution.
This is not a conventional observation-only internship.
Unlike a traditional academic internship, this program is structured as an intensive project-driven learning experience where interns will work collaboratively as a team to design, build, test, and demonstrate working solutions.

What You Can Expect During the Internship
During the internship period, you will:
-
Work on live project concepts involving software, hardware, IoT, dashboards, APIs, sensors, tracking systems, automation, and smart monitoring solutions. (some are optional concepts based on the R&D/POC/Project type)

Participate in both learning sessions and practical implementation activities.

Experience how real-world projects are planned, developed, tested, and executed within a company environment.

Collaborate with fellow interns as part of a structured project team.

Be guided by mentors who will help you understand the fundamentals, architecture, workflows, and practical implementation approaches.

Gain exposure to teamwork, documentation, deployment thinking, debugging, and presentation skills.
This internship is intended to be both:

Project-Based Internship Experience
Interns will work on multi-domain projects involving combinations of:

Sensors and electronics
-
Web and mobile interfaces
-
APIs and databases
-
Dashboards and monitoring systems
-
Automation and IoT concepts (Optional)
-
Cloud/server communication
The focus of the internship is to help students experience how multiple technologies come together to form a complete working product.
At the successful completion:

Interns will receive an Internship Certificate from WisRight Technologies Pvt Ltd.
-
Interns will gain practical exposure that can significantly strengthen their future project, placement, and career opportunities.
The company expect sincerity, discipline, curiosity, teamwork, ownership, and active participation from all interns throughout the program.


Internship Structure
The internship will follow an intensive 30 to 45 day engagement model.
Working Hours
-
Monday to Saturday
-
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Depending on project requirements, additional effort and continuation work on weekends may occasionally be required to support project completion and demonstrations.
Daily Flow
Typically, the day may include:

Morning theory, discussions, and technical learning sessions
-
Project planning and architecture understanding
-
Hands-on development and implementation activities
-
Team collaboration and mentor reviews
-
Testing, debugging, and demonstrations
All interns are expected to bring:
-
Their own laptops and accessories
-
Any personal devices required for development or testing
For hardware-related Proof of Concepts (POCs):
-
Basic emulation or simulation tools may be used wherever possible.
-
However, if the project requires specific hardware modules, sensors, controllers, or electronic components beyond the common/shared resources, interns will be responsible for arranging or purchasing those items as part of their project implementation.
The company may share available common devices/resources wherever possible, but project-specific hardware procurement will remain the responsibility of the internship team.
At the end of the internship:

Teams may use the completed working prototype and project presentation for academic demonstrations or departmental submissions.

The prototype and its development outcomes are considered part of the ongoing product and innovation initiatives of WisRight Technologies.

Any shared project hardware, integrated setup, or collectively developed implementation intended for continued development may need to be returned to the company after demonstration purposes are completed.
